    yeah i fucked up on this i was 5″8 by 13 in high school i started massive body building and now am 23 at 5″9 FUK! and i got fat cuz of college / lack of healthy diet

    people, want to lose fat I am 12 year old I have been a little fat now I have lost 15 pounds and still have 5 to go but I am kind of struggling on these .what I did was I ate less stopped junk food soda chips etc did this 3 times a week—->sprint 1 minutes jog 2 minutes till it was 20 mins ,and ofcoarse ate much less
